Greenville has always been a beautiful place to get married, but I've noticed more and more lately, it's becoming a wedding destination! Mikayla and Michael's wedding was North meets South - these two traveled here from Pennsylvania to tie the knot on top of a mountain at the Cliffs' beautiful Glassy Chapel. And who could blame them — those views are worth travelling for! There’s a reason the Cliffs at Glassy Chapel is on my list of my favorite wedding venues in Greenville. It’s gorgeous inside and out, and we took full advantage of the area around the chapel for photos - including climbing the rock outcropping nearby, which Mikayla absolutely slayed climbing up in heels. No easy feat!

Then, we wandered through Falls Park in downtown Greenville, stopping for photos in a few of my favorite spots (including the smaller, lesser known bridge near Wyche Pavilion) before the party kicked off at Greenville at Larkins' Cabaret Room.

There are so many things to love about Mikayla and Michael's wedding, from their stunning venue choices, to their rich color palette, to the sweet emotional moments of their reception. Oh, and fellow Southerners. Can I just say that the "Pittsburgh cookie table" tradition is one that we need to adopt, ASAP?! Who doesn't love cookies? Mikayla and Michael - thank you so much for choosing us to document your day! It was truly gorgeous. Wishing you two all the best!
