I fell in love with photography as a means of storytelling.
Stories have always been my world - I spent practically my entire childhood buried in books, lost in fantasy worlds or historical tales.
As I grew up, photography became a way to connect with other people and tell their stories visually,

How much does a wedding photographer cost in Greenville, SC?
Wedding photography packages with Hannah Lockaby Photo start at $4800 for 8 hours of coverage, with most couples investing between $5400-$6200 depending on hours and extras.
This is a premium, documentary-style service, so pricing reflects full-day storytelling coverage rather than a basic per-hour shoot.
What is your photography style?
My style is documentary and artistic; I photograph real moments as they unfold rather than posing every shot, then bring an intentional, editorial eye to portraits and details. Couples who want their wedding to feel like their day, not a template, tend to be the best fit.
Do you shoot film?
Yes, film photography is available as part of my wedding coverage.
I shoot a mix of film and digital on the wedding day, which gives your gallery the timeless tone, grain, and color depth that only film produces alongside the reliability of digital coverage.
Every full day wedding package includes 4+ rolls of 35mm and/or medium format film.
Do you photograph LGBTQIA+ weddings?
Yes, I’ve been photographing queer weddings here in SC since before Obergefell v. Hodges! I am an ally, and your love is welcome and embraced here.
What areas do you serve?
I'm a wedding photographer based right in between Greenville, SC and Asheville, NC, the Carolinas and Georgia, with availability for travel and destination weddings nationwide.
Do you travel for weddings outside Greenville and Asheville?
Yes. I'm based in the Upstate South Carolina area and regularly shoot all throughout South Carolina including Charleston and the coast, Western North Carolina, and Georgia.
I also love to travel and am available for destination weddings with travel fees calculated based on location.
What's included in a wedding photography package?
Every package includes your selected number of hours of wedding-day coverage, a private online gallery of fully edited high-resolution images, and print rights. Add-ons like a second shooter, engagement session, and drone photography are available. Please reach out for full details.
How far in advance should we book our wedding photographer?
Most couples book 6 - 8 months ahead of their wedding date, and popular dates (spring and fall Saturdays especially) can book out 12+ months in advance.
If your date is close, please still feel free to reach out; availability varies and I’m always happy to connect you with a trusted colleague if I am not personally available.
How long until we receive our wedding photos?
Full wedding galleries are delivered within 6 weeks, with a sneak peek of 10-20 images shared within 3-5 days of the wedding.
Film photos may require an additional 4 weeks depending on development lab processing time, and will be added to your digital gallery as soon as scans are available.
Do you bring a second shooter?
Yes, a second shooter is included in packages of 8 hours or more. A second angle is especially valuable for capturing both partners getting ready simultaneously and candid reactions during the ceremony. A second shooter also frees me up to shoot some rolls of film during your wedding day while also knowing that you’re covered in digital as well.
How many photos will we receive?
This number will vary depending on guest count and the vibe of your day (e.g., packed dance floor = more candids), but you can expect approximately 600-800 fully edited images for a full wedding day, delivered via a private online gallery you can download, share, and order prints from directly.
How do we book you for our wedding date?
Start by reaching out through the contact form with your wedding date and venue. I'll confirm availability, we'll hop on a call to talk through your day, and a signed contract with retainer secures your date.
Do you also do portraits?
Yes, alongside wedding photography I offer portrait sessions, including engagements, couples, family, newborn, and more – the same documentary-and-artistic approach carries over.
Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes! Engagement sessions can be booked as a standalone session or bundled with a wedding package, and they're a great low-pressure way to get comfortable in front of the camera before the wedding day.
