Everyone says rain on your wedding day is good luck, but how about a rainbow? Julie and Daniel officially tied the knot on their original wedding day in May, and gathered all their friends and family at Aurora Farms in August for their celebration of marriage. And you know what? I think it made this day all the sweeter. These two were able to relax and enjoy their day, resting in the love for each other they already shared as husband and wife. And in perfectly poetic fashion, the rain earlier in the day yielded to sunny skies, and later a rainbow.
Even though the sun did peek back out for a bit, the rain showed off to me what a wonderfully flexible venue Aurora Farms is! Located just outside Greenville in Taylors, South Carolina, Aurora Farms is known for its bright white barn (as a photographer, I love the white interior for well lit photos!), soaring ceilings, and statement chandeliers that offer a timeless and airy atmosphere. Whether you're dreaming of an outdoor ceremony beneath their signature weeping willow or a cozy indoor celebration by the stone fireplace, every wedding at Aurora Farms feels intimate, effortless, and full of character. The venue features spacious bridal and groom suites, a full-service kitchen, and beautifully maintained grounds ideal for golden-hour portraits. For couples hosting a full wedding weekend, the adjacent Oak View Inn sleeps up to 22 guests, perfect for close family and friends.
Julie & Daniel, thank you so much for allowing me to capture your big day! Working with you two was wonderful, and I wish you two the best.
